What if I lost my return slip?

Why was my order canceled?

If your ordered was cancelled, it could be due to (1) insufficient funds or (2) the product you ordered is out of stock.

 

I think my package was lost/stolen. What do I do?

Before confirming all orders, we ask that you double check your shipping address. After confirming and processing your order, a tracking number is provided for each purchase. Unfortunately, My Solemate Shoes is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you have any issues receiving your package(s), it is recommended to call the U.S. Post Office for all questions or concerns.

 

How do I change/update my info?

Please log-in to your account through the menu option available at the top left corner of the website. Select "My profile" to update your information.

*The estimated shipping time does not include processing time.

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing time on all orders.

There will be no processing or shipping on weekends or holidays.

Before confirming orders at checkout, please make sure all billing and shipping information is correct, as this could delay your shipping process.

 

Tracking Information

We provide tracking information on all orders. You will be able to track your package the entire way with the shipment confirmation that is provided.

Because we cannot guarantee restock of products and/or sizes, we are unable to accommodate exchanges. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, items can be returned for a refund (minus delivery costs) as long as:

  • It is within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • The merchandise has not been worn. All items must be in their original packaging, with the tags attached.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Should you receive any damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please return to:

Upon returning items to the address stated above, please include return slip and state the reason why you are returning your item(s) along with the item number(s). Return slips are only valid for damaged, defective, or wrong items.

Once the damages are assessed and determined at our discretion, the refund amount will include the amount paid by you after any discount (if applicable) was applied, plus any shipping costs. Your refund will be received in the form in which the order was originally paid. Please allow 3-7 business days to receive your refund.

 

 

Excessive Returns

 

If your return history is excessive, it is up to our discretion to refuse service with you going forward. If you have created an account, it will be suspended.

My Solemate Shoes is not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged upon return. It is strongly suggested for customers to insure all packages.
